I initially contacted Cesar because of his background in Kinesiology, but I really had no idea that he would completely turn my life around and that his knowledge and experience in other areas would help me to finally get fit, both physically and mentally. I now have lost over 45 pounds and am the most physically fit I have ever been. I have put away my inhalers and my lower back feels strong and healthy. Cesar’s yoga class and meditation techniques have helped me to really take time out for myself, focus, and be mindful and grateful. His Jin Shin Jyutsu practice has re-aligned my body, restored my mind, and even my spirit on countless occasions, and this has been a great stress reducer."

"I met Cesar in March 2014 when I began taking his HIIT class at our local gym. I am a self-proclaimed group fitness “junkie” - seriously, I’ve participated for years in everything from spinning to step class to boot camps, Jazzercise, P90X, Insanity, Kettlebell videos - you name it I'm sure I've at least tried it, and in my experience I’ve learned that all fitness instructors/ trainers are NOT created equal. When I walked into Cesar’s class I instantly recognized that his expertise and knowledge surpasses most fitness instructors, not to mention his ability to connect with his students. "Heal Fit is the perfect name for this gym. It's more than a gym for exercising and getting strong. It is a place for healing, head and heart through exercise/movement. I've had arthritis for over 15 years and injuries to my feet and ankles during the pandemic. I was not able to walk or rest without pain in my feet, legs, and body for over two years. I accepted his challenges, and I came in. He has shown me how to move better and what to do at home for self-care. Last Thanksgiving, I was able to walk without shoes. I can pick myself up off the floor and stand on my feet without assistance. My pain level is down by 80%, which is remarkable. You don't have to accept growing old, being in pain, and being unable to move as part of aging."
